Why Suicide Prevention Day Mean So Much To Me!

Suicide comes from a very dark depression and is something very tragic that is happening in this world. The people who have committed suicide were hurting so bad they didn’t think they could take the pain anymore or that the pain would ever get better.

The pain eventually does get better and you will get through everything even if it is years later.

I had someone very close to me end their life. It was the most heartbreaking thing to know they were going through pain and no one had known it. When I found out about them ending their life I had already been in a depression, but it sent me even deeper.

I ended up failing a class in school because of the depression and even though my school knew what happened they said it wasn’t an excuse. I watch everyone close to this person crumble to pieces for almost a year and that’s when I had decided I wanted to speak about mental health and suicide.

Suicide awareness is something that will always stay close to my heart. If you know anyone showing signs of suicide talk to someone immediately.

If you are having any other problems just know you aren’t alone and it’s always going to get better!

Thank you,

Ashleigh Christine 🙂

Hi my name is Ashleigh. I was bullied a lot in my life and I was always scared to stand up for myself. I started battling mental illness at a young age. I also really love makeup! I’ve always wanted to start a blog, and decided to so, my story could hopefully help someone. I hope some of the things here help you or someone you know.
